Ceramic & Mica Heaters

Overview

Ceramic- and mica-insulated heaters provide dependable contact heating for barrels, nozzles, strips and other process surfaces across plastics, medical and kitchen equipment.

NiCr or FeCrAl resistance wire is insulated with ceramic or mica, protected by a stainless, aluminized-steel or AISI 430 cover, and configured to the required width and closure arrangement.
